Common questions

A bus isn't showing / data looks old. Live positions come from a public UPSRTC GPS feed that updates roughly every 30 seconds and can occasionally be unavailable. Pull down to refresh.

Route / next stop is blank. Those fields are only filled when a bus is on an assigned trip; many buses report position only.

Is this the official UPSRTC app? No. UP Bus Radar is independent and unofficial, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by UPSRTC.
